I’m so thrilled to introduce to you to Buddha Teas! I’ve recently dropped drinking coffee in the morning, and now I drink coffee purely for enjoyment. It took about 2 weeks to wean myself off the coffee, but I did it because each morning, I felt like I “needed” the coffee, the caffeine in order to even function. Well, I just wanted to experiment and see if I could get off my caffeine addiction.

Success! I feel so much more energetic, better than ever before! It feels so amazing not to be dependent on coffee.

I’ve been enjoying, really really enjoying teas in place of coffee (I still have coffee once in a while, but just for the enjoyment of the taste.)

I’m enjoying a cup of Chai tea as I’m writing this. Buddha Teas. Buddha Teas, based in California, is committed to quality of their teas. They all come in bleach-free tea bags and their line of teas is UDA Certified Organic.

They have SO many types of teas, and they are all affordable, most of them under $8.00 for one box of 18 tea bags. One of the best features of Buddha Tea’s website is that you can shop by ailment or by benefit. For example, if you have joint pain, click on Organic Tea Herbs for Joint and Bone.
