Baking during the holidays is one of the tastiest traditions there is and with Fair Trade ingredients; it can also be one of the most fulfilling! Whether it’s sugar, chocolate, spices, or a baking mix, it’s easy to Bake Fair by swapping out the basic ingredients with their Fair Trade alternatives! And in turn, you can feel a lot less guilty about eating all those cookies, right?

What is Fair Trade?

Fair Trade is a powerful model to fight poverty in farming communities around the world. When you purchase the Fair Trade product, farming families receive a fair share for their hard work and efforts to protect the environment. This model allows farmers to keep their kids in school, bring medical care and clean water to their communities, and improve the quality of their products.

The choice is a small one, but collectively, our small purchasing decisions have a large impact on families and communities.
